1. 1. 1. Invoice billing, collection and bank deposit of Monthly Common Area Estimates.
      2. Annual Preparation and mailing of 1099’s to vendors.
      3. Payment of common area vendor invoices pro-rated to individual building accounts.
      4. Monthly reconciliation of Common Area Management bank account.
      5. Preparation of an Annual Common Area Operating Statement and Reconciliation of Budgeted Common Area Expense Estimates to Actual.
      6. Preparation of Annual Common Area Expenses Budget, including establishment of monthly estimates on a per building basis.
